Elixir’s BI solution wins Singapore APICTA award

Oct 24, 2007: Elixir Technology's Repertoire was one of the winners in the Singapore round of the Asia Pacific Information and Communication Technology Alliance (APICTA) award, under the Tools and Infrastructure Application category.

“This award strengthens our position as a global player in providing powerful yet cost-effective business intelligence solution,” said managing director Lau Shih Hor during the award presentation on Oct 10, 2007, at the NTU alumni club house in Bourna Vista Road.

Elixir is slated to represent Singapore in the same category, competing at the regional level of APICTA. The contest will be held in Singapore from Nov 25-29. Elixir Repertoire was designed to help companies with their daily functional and operational needs by providing an efficient business intelligence platform.

Business intelligence which is not to be confused with market or competitors’ intelligence, is an application system to provide top executives with timely reports of the company’s performance, revenue and other critical details for planning and decision-making.

The APICTA contest is an annual event organised by 16 member-economies which includes Asean states, Australia, China, Hong Kong and India.
