Singapore Academy of Law - Membership Management System
With more than 7,000 members, the Singapore Academy of Law (SAL) plays an important role in providing legal information and fraternity services to the local community. Formed in 1988, the Academy’s three strategic priorities are to enhance legal knowledge, improve the efficiency of legal practice through the use of technology and to provide support to the legal industry. Business need: As SAL’s role in providing services to the legal fraternity expanded, the Academy needed a new platform to meets its members’ growing needs. Solution: SAL chose to work with IdealSoft to implement a CRM solution, running off several high performance IBM System x servers: - IBM x336 SERVER - IBM x236 SERVER - IBM x3250 SERVER.
